2.) preliminary Injunction
3.) affidavit/ Acceptance of service
4.) Summons
5.) Application an Acceptance service
6.) Application an Entry of Default
7.) Decree of Dissolution
NOTE REQUIREMENT 2 Originals Plus copies of each document I can see if you have children.
when you have grown children, wanting nothing ! both are in agreement tell me why i have to appear? It’s a waste of the courts time, waste of my time, There are plenty other cases, that need to be handled in this town! The nicest part of my day was giving $ 6.00 to park, A Mile away from the court-house. Another two fifty-six, to be told all the steps i had to take, the order they want them in. I wanted too yell take my money stamp the paper be done with this shit, Now you have to realize this is the second Dissolution i have filed and paid for, only to find out im still married. because i had to appear, why someone please tell me ? neither want money , grow kids no property. While this all may seem silly it really isn’t, Get an attorney! on-line papers, don’t do it for you, they may see the law, but they don’t know the( hoops) you really have to jump through. Time wasters, problem is, its my time! My day and my life! I have plenty of things I’d rather do, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!!!
